This is a very collectible dinosaur fossil. This is a very large dorsal vertebra from Edmontosaurus annectens, a Hadrosaur, or duck-billed dinosaur. This massive specimen was found in the Hell Creek Formation of South Dakota. This vertebra is very 3-dimensional and has great form. The bone structure is beautifully preserved, and the long vertebral processes are nicely intact. The bone is very ''clean'' and detailed, and the natural brown coloration is quite striking. And, best of all, the bone is very strong and not brittle and ready to crumble. This is a museum quality display example of a large hadrosaur vertebra.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
