This is one of the most unique fossils you could ever hope to own. It is an OVER SIX FOOT WIDE and OVER FIVE FEET TALL set of shark jaws from the extinct Giant White Shark, Carcharocles megalodon. These jaws are full of REAL fossil shark teeth, and were constructed by Dr. Clifford Jeremiah, renowned for his knowledge of fossil shark dentary structure. The jaws themselves were made of fiberglass resin - extreme care was taken to reproduce the actual shape of the jaws. Dr. Jeremiah then painstakingly chose 175 REAL, fully-serrated teeth that would most closely match the actual positioning of the teeth in the mouth of the ancient shark. There are three complete rows of teeth in the upper jaw, and three complete rows of teeth in the lower. Many of the teeth are over four inches long - there is even one tooth that measures 5 inches long! And these teeth were found in FLORIDA, which is a rarity - most reconstructed Megalodon jaws use the more common South Carolina teeth.

The overwhelming size of this jaw can only be appreciated when viewed in association with a smaller jaw. The smaller jaw is ove 5 feet wide and four feet tall - and pales in comparison! This monster display specimen is perfect for a museum, aquarium, shopping mall, theme store, or just in your living room. At the ridiculously low price of under $15,000 , this works out to only $85 per tooth, not counting the cost of the fiberglass jaw and what Dr. Jeremiah was paid to pick, sort, assemble, and implant the 175 teeth. This is an extremely displayable Megalodon jaw that is as impressive and awe-inspiring as any museum display.

This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally. A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
